Dance is a sport as well as an art form that uses
the movement of body, usually to music, as a form of expression. It not only helps with children's coordination, flexibilty
and balance, but also boosts their self-esteem. Dance teaches how to use the space around us, how to move in that space and
how to project our own personality into that space. Growing up is all about carving out space and finding one's place.
